Currently the Managing Director of FINSAC, Mr. Hylton also retains the position of Managing Director of Financial Institutions Services (FIS) Limited, the company which was established to take over the assets and prescribed liabilities of the failed Blaise Financial Institutions and later the Century Financial Entities. Mr. Hylton started his banking career at the Bank of Nova Scotia and then moved onto Citizens Bank where he held approximately eight managerial positions, all within a four year span (1990-1994). In 1994, he was actively sought by the Board of Directors of Blaise Trust Company and Merchant Bank to be its Managing Director, a position he held for a brief period. It was his involvement with this company that led to his appointment as Managing Director of FIS. Mr. Hylton has taught Law & the Practice of Banking at the University of Technology. Mr. Hylton holds directorships in several companies including the N.C.B. Group, National Commercial Bank and Crown Eagle Life. He is the Chairman for Eagle Unit Trust and Ciboney Group Limited.
