Ms. Tyndall serves as Vice Chairman of FINSAC. She graduated with honours in Economics from The University of the West Indies and joined the Ministry of Finance where she became Accountant General and Financial Secretary – her current position. Throughout her tenure in the Civil Service she continued a consistent process of skills upgrading, attending courses at the International Monetary Fund Institute, OAS and IDB among others. Her record of public service is outstanding. Recognition of this saw her conferred with the honour of Commander of Distinction (Commander Class) in 1988 and the Order of Jamaica in 1996. She holds Directorships in Cable and Wireless Jamaica Ltd., the National Investment Bank of Jamaica and the Bank of Jamaica. She chairs Container Services Ltd. and the Capital Development Fund.
