Ms. Alexander joined FINSAC in late 1998. She brings to the position a wealth of expertise in Banking and Corporate law. She has headed the Legal Department of a major commercial bank for over 10 years, with responsibility for security documentation of loans and litigation for debt recovery. Her experience includes considerable practice in the areas of drafting, debt restructuring, receiverships, and real estate law. Ms. Alexander is a member of the Jamaica Bar Association.
